SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We know you’d like to enjoy your home décor treasures as soon as possible, so we’re committed to making this happen as swiftly and smoothly as possible.
We ship all our homeware goods worldwide. EU customers can choose between standard and express shipping. For other worldwide destinations outside of the EU, we ship with express shipping only, to ensure you receive your items safely.
Please allow 1 -3 working days for your parcel to be prepared for shipping. You will receive a tracking code once your order has been shipped.
Shipping timelines and prices
SPAIN – 1-2 working days – starts at 4€
EU – 1-2 working days express | 2-5 working days standard | starts at 10€ | FREE standard Spain & EU shipping for orders over 250€
US – 2-4 working days – starts at 39$
UK – 2-4 working days – starts at £26
Rest of the world – 2-5 working days – starts at 39$
If you reside outside of the EU, duties and customs fees may apply to your order. Any applicable duties and/or customs fees are not included in the shipping price, and are payable by the buyer in the destination. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
Shipping is based on product weight and destination, and you are able to check this price before making a purchase by heading to the Basket or Checkout page on our website.
Please note that the delivery company usually makes deliveries during business hours.
Break The Mould Magasin will not be liable for import expenses and taxes, tariffs or duties generated at customs in the destination, if applicable. This applies to worldwide destinations.
Please get in touch with the customs officials in your country for information on any applicable duties and taxes.

*Please note: We are currently only offering delivery to the United Kingdom for orders over £135 in value (transport costs excluded). For lower value orders, please place your order via our Etsy store.
RETURNS POLICY
As a small business, we put a great deal of effort into making sure you have a positive experience with your order.
However, you can choose to return any items that don’t meet your expectations, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.
To exercise the right to return goods, you must do so within a maximum of FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from receiving your order. You must inform us by emailing hello@breakthemouldmag.com of your decision to return any products purchased, or by using the contact form on our website.
Please note: The initial shipping costs and return delivery costs resulting from the right to return will be payable by and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please keep in mind that the shipping cost, duties and taxes of the return are your responsibility, and, unfortunately, we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order.

In order to exercise the right to return, the product or products must be returned in perfect condition, and preferably retain the original packaging, along with all of its parts. Please note that most of our products are fragile, and therefore need to be packaged securely for a safe return. You may consider purchasing insurance with the carrier company you choose for the return.
In the event that the products are not returned in perfect condition, do not include all their parts and accessories, or do not keep their original packaging, Break The Mould Magasin reserves the right to pay a lower amount for the return, a circumstance that will be notified to you.
The refund of the amount paid will be made once the condition of the product has been inspected. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase and, in any case, it will take place within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when the product return is reliably received.
If your order includes product/s that are incorrect, have a defect, or have been damaged during transport, please contact us and we will proceed to finding a solution promptly.
We take special care to ensure all of our items reach you safely and match your expectations. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Before opening the product, check that the packaging matches what you have requested: colour, size, finish, etc.
If the products received have any defect or deterioration, we will respond to the lack of conformity as set out in the “Guarantees” section of our sales terms and conditions page.
If the product has been damaged during transport, it is essential that you inform us as soon as possible and, if it’s possible, you note the incident on the carrier’s delivery note. It is also helpful if you can take any photos of the damaged item.
For the return of incorrect/faulty/damaged goods, Break The Mould Magasin will provide the details of a free return service, via a carrier selected by us, and issue a refund for any items that are confirmed as incorrect/damaged. If you wish to return the goods using a delivery company different to the carrier suggested by Break The Mould Magasin, and the delivery company you choose offers higher rates, you must pay the difference in transport costs.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase and, in any case, it will take place within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when the product return is reliably received.

If you have not yet received your order and you wish to cancel or amend it, simply inform us of the changes you wish to make. This will not involve any extra costs if your order has not yet been processed. We are not able to cancel orders which already been processed.
