SHIPPING
We take great care in shipping your unique items to destinations across the globe. That’s why we partner exclusively with DHL Express for shipping your orders, given their expertise and reliability for international shipping.
We package your items with love and care and place a great deal of effort so you can receive your order safely, even for the most fragile of items.
We guarantee a smooth shipping experience, and in the rare event that there are any problems with your order, we guarantee a prompt refund.
We ship our unique home décor items worldwide. If your shipping location is not on our list, please contact us at hello@breakthemouldmag.com and we will get back to you promptly with a shipping quote.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your parcel to be prepared for shipping. You will receive an email with a tracking code once your order has been shipped.
EU customers can choose between Standard and Express shipping. For orders outside the EU, we only ship with express shipping, to ensure a smooth delivery.

Shipping is based on product weight and destination, and you are able to check this price before making a purchase by heading to the Basket or Checkout page on our website.

If for any reason you missed the delivery of your package, please keep an eye on the courier notifications and arrange a new delivery. DHL Express will offer an online option to arrange this.
Please note that if the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, an incorrect address, or if the package is not collected from a pickup point, we'll issue a refund upon receipt of the package. In this case, please note that we will deduct the cost of the initial shipment and return costs from the refund amount.
If you prefer to schedule a new delivery instead of a refund, please contact us at hello@breakthemouldmag.com and we will be happy to assist with this.
In the rare event that there is any issue with the package you’ve received - such as any broken or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 h at hello@breakthemouldmag.com. If possible, please take photos of the damaged items and share these with us.
We will quickly investigate any issues with the delivery and offer the option of a refund or new delivery, depending on your preference.
As a small business, we’re big on keeping things personal. Our small but mighty team keeps a close eye on all order deliveries so if anything goes off track, we've got you covered. No need to worry about robots or standard AI responses here – it’s all real humans, ready to help you out.
RETURNS
As a small business, we put a great deal of effort into making sure you have a positive experience with your order. However, if any items don’t meet your expectations, you are welcome to return these within 14 days.
If you wish to return any items, please contact us by emailing hello@breakthemouldmag.com or by using the contact form on our website within
14 calendar days from receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to help with next steps. You’ll then have to organise and ship back the return to our address:

Please note: The initial shipping costs and return delivery costs, as well as any duties and taxes applicable for the return to our warehouse will be payable by the customer.
The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, preferably keeping their original labels and packaging as received. Please note that part of our items are fragile and therefore need to be repackaged securely for a safe return.
The refund of the amount paid will be made once the condition of the returned product(s) has been inspected. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase and, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when the product return is reliably received.
CUSTOMS & DUTY FEES
If your order is shipping outside the European Union, it might be subject to customs duties and fees that aren’t included in our shipping charges. Any costs related to importing the product will be your responsibility as the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
PACKAGING
Even if we’re small, we care about the impact we’re making on the planet. We’re proud to breathe new life into vintage treasures from the past, and we also do our best to keep things green when it comes to packaging. You’ll find eco-friendly options such as recycled and recyclable cardboard boxes, biodegradable packing peanuts, paper tape, and recyclable acid-free tissue paper in your order.
And here’s a little heads-up: We’ve decided to reuse packaging materials from our small suppliers too—things like bubble wrap and protective wraps. So, if you spot some plastic in your package, it’s just us giving it a second chance. We encourage you to keep the cycle going by reusing or recycling your packaging too. Every little bit helps!
